This may be b/c you have an old accnt to the same email as your new one. I have that with my two accounts. Two are to the same email, and with the new graal website it asks for the email to send the new password to instead of the Account name AND/OR email. So I type the email and of course, it changes they accounts password that I dont want changed. So I would have to go through the hassle of sending in a ticket explaining it or ask for Ibo to send me a new one to my email, and wait for him to finally get on the computer and read it... Takes to much time that way
