Yeah I do believe that the amount of work that needs to be contributed is a major deal in staff alluring, but I also do believe, from personal experience and also from my colleagues reactions at that time, that the amount of work and effort the management staff puts in could effectively have a great deal of overall moral over the staff team majority. Seeing someone in charge, just lunging continuous orders and projects at you will demoralize your confidence in the project as a whole. That's why I am getting my team's (real-time friends) skills up-to-part, using this major downtime as a benefit. However though, I am not downing your opinion but merely explaining a solution as to whether it can be dealt with.
