I think this really doesn't change anything except making base laming a faster process, but slightly less effective due to less 'spam' at one time. So really, if you want to effectively lame, 2/3 people are needed instead of 1. But that excludes the man-power needed to take the base over and also make sure the mortar men aren't in danger.

I'd say, good update, slow moving mortars did look rather odd. And the reload time can be seen now, as we should all know, mortars do take time to load.
