Maybe Bell was checking how long it took her to find something to do, and she was looking around for a good while and still found nothing, so she logged off or didn't pass you or whatever. Imo, they should be pretty noobie friendly (as in someone walks in, and they should be able to only take a few steps outside and talk to someone, or something like that and have something to do instantly.

There's a ... hmmm ... about 3x2, MAYBE, newbie area. You can do quests in it, and all you have to do is look in the different houses. |
