I don't think Mafukie should've done it. It was wrong for him to do that without permission from Stefan or unixmad. Stefan's put many thousands of hours of work into his game, and he deserves to have it protected, so, yes, I do believe he should be punished accordingly. He has been banned.

He was banned because unixmad doesn't like him. He opened the server because unixmad refuses to unban him.
