The speed cap on it should not be there. but instead be limited solely upon the wearers ability to hold items through the strength attribute and not a speed cap.

Quite simply I am trying to say, the system needs to be redone for all armours need to be re-evaluated with their speed caps and how they are slowing people down does not match to realistic armours of the equivalent types.

very true, almost all armors are crap. they should all at least be useful.
