Most people new to a game expect to be restored but since Graal's customer service is... inexistant, basically... players get stuff scammed all the time and nothing ever gets done about it because the staff are just plain
too lazy to deal with it. It's not someone fault who is new to the game when someone uses some sort of "bug" on gk to replace their spell icon with a hotkeyed item and they think they're getting a good deal... that's a game bug and should be fixed.
