I believe the Developer Subscription is essentially the same as the Playerworld admin accounts, only the playerworld comes with it, rather than the other way around. In other words, it's basically gold...only it's restricted to your server.
If I'm right, then yes, you do need a playerworlds subscription if you want to play any other servers. |
