Age is almost always directly related to ability to a certain point. With age comes experience, and a ton of maturity and rational, especially between the ages of 12 and 18.
If I reflect on who I was and what I was capable of 8 years ago, there's no way I could undertake a project like a server. Hell, I barely could now.
Age simply matters in this case because he has no clue whatsoever how to manage anything, plan a project, and hold together a team. He's never even had a real life job. |

1. Annoy everybody on an existing project by submitting or proposing changes that they don't want
2. Formally declare all existing projects to be complete crap
3. Talk at great length about the deficiencies of other projects
4. Get drunk
