crucial part of graal gone?

It seems as if I can't recreate or replace GFX/Ganis/anything else playermade anymore because they are automaticly replaced on login to the server.
Why was this implemented? This was a huge draw to me because I could customize Graal how I wanted and I can no longer do that now. |
