Im thinking more of a black bullet with a red outline. The reason is, is that on irica, it would be hard to see the white outline, therefor the bullet may hit you without even noticing it. If the bullet was black, it would be seeable on planets like irica, but it would be quite hard to see on maps with grass. Therefor, thats where the red outline comes in! Also, in spar I believe the floor is red, so it would be hard to see the red bullet.
