Because the bread has always cost money. These forums have always cost money once, and then you had access for a while.
If when you bought your first bread, you were told you could pay $60 for lifetime bread, and you did it, you would get your bread every day for free. What if someone suddently told you, "Oh, you have to pay for bread again. No more lifetime bread for you!"
Also, why do you keep comparing Graal to bread? x.x
