Black turning to green on tilesets?

The attached image shows a custom tileset widely used on Valikorlia. All the bright, neon greens are supposed to be black. I assume this a bug for Graal5 since it started messing up after the update.
I'd also like to mention that there's a copy of this tileset, but it's brown, and the black hasn't turned to green. |
