Close any IE windows you currently have open. Goto your control panel, then Internet Options, then delete your browsers cookies. Then try logging in with the latest password you've recieved.

Also, if your copy and pasting your passwords, make sure your not copying a space (E.g; xGvGaS2h ), so try entering the password manually instead of the copy/past function.
