I did that and got '0.497752926' which seems pretty damn accurate. Most players won't notice a 0.05 second timing difference and it seems like it's only a minigame ( i hope)...it seems do-able and Zero: accept the fact that most players will not notice a 0.05 second delay let alone a 0.25 second delay.

You realize how long a quarter of a second is? This guy is talking about making a whole server based off of DDR (or so a gathered), so no, it wouldn't be just a mini game. But hey, I challenge anyone to make such a system using a song that doesn't fall under a BPM evenly divisible by 0.05 seconds and manage to get all perfects on the notes. The steps should include parts with all 4/4 count notes and also parts that include more chaotic notes such as streamed 1/12th notes, 1/16th note gallops and 1/4-1/8-1/16-1/8-1/4 series sets.
