Err yes I agree. But I do find that staff should be able to evolve. I wrote down Experienced, as in Have done work on servers before and did not got fired on your example server.
The final goal is 10 LAT's but I just want every LAT I get to work hard and deliver levels each week. With newer tilesets is easier leveling as it develops. You get to know which tiles fit with which and you'll grow as the tileset does.
I know its hard to fill that complete overworld but I feel that I can do this... I've got lots of spare time now that I quit WoW (yes I know stupid WoW) and I feel like leveling and writing a LOT. Plus more then the half is water
