You don't get it because you're a newbie to the server.
First one you'll notice is from Zone Wars where ThundaBox had bugged himself up there with a mech. Notice my character actually has hair...
Second one notice my rank + name and the fact that my character has hair (meaning it has to be before the fall of 2005). The score is pretty cool too.
The third one you gotta look down at the team chat...
Because my character has hair in all three you can see it's all from pre-fall 2005. Wouldn't expect you in particular to get it though.
