Hey man, this is a pretty good hiring thread, but there is alot you can do to make it better. Overall it's pretty good, but alot of people won't take the time to email you...simply because most developers are lazy! :P It's really better to go out and recruit as you'll get much better results that way. Other then that...screens look, OK if not a little similar to Era.
