You send twice a ticket to the Forum Section of the support center with the title:
Subject: Ibonic : Preferred Reader
If you want to talk about a decision an Admin (here Moonie) made, you must chose another section, because the forum section is part of Moonie's job.

So you see your ticket wasn't closed to hide it, but I've assigned Ibonic to it.
If there is no reply, the ticket get's closed after a while.

Maybe remember this a little more when posting and there will be no trouble at all.
Maybe Zim5354 and you should try to act in a better way. Negative reputations and 15 and more infractions are speaking for themselfes.
