I must have forgotten to post the rest.
I leveled personality to 16 with 3 charisma on Felix_Xenophobe. Then got the exact same amount of exp (and it didn't take longer for me to control the monster) when I leveled personality with 15 charisma on my alt. account.
What I'm saying is that the stat Charisma doesn't help leveling the skill Personality. |
