Just make everyone form up and number them, if they dont listen, lock them for being ignorent.
You could easaly line up them all and then number them 1-(However many there is) then when they get there number, they set there nick to "Number, Account name" E.g "5, jothegreat55555" then you pick them off 1 at a time 1 v 2, 3 v 4.. ect ect.
