There will only be 2 factions.
Both factions will both be powerful because of all the kingdomless players. I very much doubt players will all group into 1 kingdom. I know graal has some noobs but not that many. And if i am wrong and they all group into 1 kingdom then i suppose staff should take action and have a recruition balance script put in. Where people cannot recruit anymore players if they are ridiculously more populated than other kingdom.

Like i said though i doubt many people would group into 1 kingdom.
especially if players are voting for particular leaders for the kingdom, obviously us pirates would follow alan for example..and if dustari or forest or whoever is elected as leader of other kingdom, then they would follow them.
The remaining kingdom people would go wherever
