Yea, he always helps me with anything that I need, people do say bad stuff about him but they really have no idea what they're talking about!
Anyhow, the idea about FAQ, perhaps some FAQs could be hired for GK? They would have to be old, old players who have played for atleast a few years. But really I think this would help a lot and bring more players back who in the past didn't know what to do
