How about, for what you kill, you get the most exp out of. But everyone else get's 10% of the exp you get.

That could still be exploited at a much slower rate. If they keep lowering their level so that they get 1mil from a lord, you'd still get 100k per lord, even if you're level 90. At level 17 I'm getting like 10k maybe?
