Also... I'm moving around March 9th and I may or may not have internet until April... So I guess I'm kinda screwed out of this tournament.

Overall I'm disappointed that this is starting two days late and I'm disappointed that this isn't planned out better with better instructions... I mean are we supposed to draw something now? There is no size limit to these submissions? Can you animate them? You left out so many details that I can't seriously participate in this competition anyway.
