A bare classic server with nice levels is not going to really attract much attention since we already have classic style servers that have a stranglehold on the playerbase (UN).
It's very difficult to get a dedicated scripter. Even when you find one, you have to work by their terms since they are all you've got. They can take week long breaks and what can you do? Not much. You could fire them and try to find someone else but it will be more work for you.
I have yet to see any really decent graphics on any of the current public playerworlds. There are some good gfxers out there but most of them are vain or aren't as good as they think they are. You'll have people who can only work in one style, can only make certain things, are highly inactive, etc.
It's very hard finding talented people who are willing to work at least a few hours a day and stay in contact with you. Very very hard.

Well said...I'd agree mostly about the scripters...A lot of the scripters have left graal or like myself--Refuse to learn gs2 XD-- I knew some GS1 but I couldn't script my way out of a wet paper bag with gs2...And Koni speaks real life stories...
