Believe its just west of bomboria, the river that runs norther directly to the events mountain... or at least that's what it used to be called I believe... Anyway, they held one there a few years ago too, maybe it was changed since then.
Anywho, good idea I guess for the far future. But the biggest problem is the system dude. A lot more things need to be changed before these ideas would even be developed. :/
