I've not said anything about Global RC. I'd just like to see an official group made devoted to officially-ordered sprite work. (I.E. one that is kept in contact with and sprites for higher administration to work on newer essential projects, rather than having to jump from server to server and worry about whether or not our work has been distributed without permission.)
