I just bought Dust of Visibility, but when i go to learn the recipe, it says it is beyond my comprehension. I dont understand how though. I have Level 23 Mental and 16 int, and people with only 14 mental levels can learn it.
I Don't think it is to do with int, as people with only 7 Int have learnt it.
The actual name of the recipe is:
Lab notes: Dust of visibility
Do lab notes require more mental levels to learn it or is it somthing else? |
