The battleships should take the most supplies to make, then the houseboat... The house boat should have the highest HP or even infinite (use the same constitution of a house) because person A will not like person B and person B has more cannons therefore person B will sink A's house boat. :P Either way, it would be really cool... You should also make it so that nobody can be captain of the houseboat but the owner.. It would be annoying to have to run around and look for your house everyday. :P
