Another point:
Ever notice how PW Owners get bored of their own genre?
Like they'll have a very strict serious SNES-style medeval server, then they add an elevator and a train, then they start slipping in special effects and in-jokes, and humorous NPCWs...and eventually they have a Mulch server, it's a little of everything but not terribly good at any of it.
Methinks the world would be a better place if instead, we all contributed our Off stuff to the Resource Dump. Ferinstance, if I was working on Classic and made an awesome gun that fired black holes that sucked everyone in...I'd hate to see it go to waste, but uploading it to Classic isn't necessarily Better, see? |
