Yes I agree with this. But currently there arent enough ECs around that people can use to make stuff, i've been trying to buy loads of ECs recently and have only managed to buy 2 when paying 30 dias for them, its crazy
the EMs either need to start giving out many more ECs each or more EMs need to be appointed

hmmm, I can see why you don't want large value items to be raffled off (kind of). But I don't really understand why because this would be the most fair way as none of the EMs could be bias and everyone will be able to get involved with it
