Be sure the image is uploaded on the server.
Also, the PNG image may be corrupt. Try to download Giffy (google for it), and change it to a transparent GIF image. You can do this by saving the PNG file to a 24-bit BMP, opening it with Giffy, transparenting, and resaving it as a GIF image. Usually works. |
