Unless you're swinging both at the same time, what would be the point? Holding a sword in your offhand isn't going to magically add damage to the one in your main hand just because you're holding it there. It'd just let you switch between weapons slightly faster than hitting a hotkey and waiting for the animation to play.

Graal 2002 had dual wielding back in the beginning, but you could still only swing one sword at a time.
