Sanstrata is having a somewhat similar problem.

We can log on ftp fine, we can download files fine, we can upload files fine.

However, when we upload a new level, it is listed there on ftp, under the LEVELS folder, the graal level we uploaded is listed there. Yet we cant warp to it, we try warping to it, it just gives us the "failed" message.

Same with editing existing levels, I download a level, edit it, upload it. The file size changes correctly and everything, yet the changes will NOT appear on the level, I've tried updating the level and all, but still nothing.

A real bummer too, I was planning on uploading a bunch of stuff for the 4th o' July.

It seems you are uploading to the wrong server. Are you using playerworlds.graalonline.com?
