I already gave you the answer. I didn't max out my ment level to not know these things. :/

Attuned mind does what Stefan said, which I guess is true for transmutation as well. Attuned Creation has a direct effect upon how many of the end product you will yield usually when making something. (Like more dusts or waters when you alch them.)
