When you're over -20 WC it wouldn't have any bigger impact on PvE/PvP, damage on the other hand, would be nerfed. Just be happy with it, you would have an edge on other players from the start already.
And weapon prepping would be nerfed as well to prevent 1-shotting eachother. |
