I'm told a jail, "Just won't work." on Zone. Well, anyone (Stefan/Vulcan) want to shead some light on why a jail, "Just won't work.". Because clearly your current method of dealing with glitchers, "Just won't work.".
A quick edit for those who can't read. I don't know the answer to why a jail won't work, hense I asked.
