Where I live we still haven't seen a flake of snow yet still tons of rain.
In addition, even in cold places the weather is very rarely 100% uniform above freezing or below. A few years ago we had a December and January FILLED with horrendous freezing rain storms. It would rain and rain and rain but all the water would freeze on impact with the ground.
Rain is very much a winter weather. If nothing else, try to picture the rain as sleet or something. |
