Well to be frank, these forums aren't entirely free; you require at least Classic account, which would mean you would have been a paying customer at one point, most people who post here still are.
I don't know why the "Member List" option hasn't just been removed from the navigation bar
(for those of you who believe I could be even slightly angry by posting that, to clarify, I'm disappointed.)
