Sorry to reopen this but the support ticket doesn't make any sense:

My brother would like to donate all his statistics on Graal Kingdoms to my account. His account is xAndrewx - how would we go about getting these transferd over?

Doesn't make any sense. I don't use emails either so I don't know where you have sent it (if that was you Wandaman).
About the transfer: I am sorry but we currently don't transfer/add stats to other accounts.
