I'll be getting a book on Carbon gui development. I also have all the pages from Mac bookmarked. I've read them over a bit. I don't liek reading online much. The book will be nice.

They mislead the customer, there's demand for it, and a simple upgrade couldn't hurt. Even for the PC version.
