I installed Ubuntu 6.10 and when i try to run graal, i get this:

Same error when i try to use glxinfo and fglrxinfo just changed numbers. Glxgears worked (very slowly) though

I've had (and am having) a fair amount of errors with this comp but Graal was running fine (but slowly: no direct rendering) with 6.06. Anyone had this problem and know of a solution. I tried checking the ubuntu forums but everyone seems to have the problem but with no solution.
