The logic of argument seems to be trying to say:
Increasing the total "amount" of RP will not enhance playing experience.
Is this correct?
If it is, my answer is:
Increasing the overall RP to make spontaneous personal RP easier. Experimenting around to find the magic combination of RP background and duties for ranks so that people can have fun actually doing it. Once a person gets in the mood acting out the basic stuff they're told how to act out, then they can add their own personal touch to the stuff they're already doing. The alternative is gathering a bunch of people together and saying, "Good, now RP." and leave them hanging. And... if a person DOESN'T want to RP, this is just a laundry list of things they can do to shut the more dedicated RP'ers up, and get on with playing the game however they want to play it. |
