And there isn't enough hours in a day to stay with a whimp who won't go in B.mode, just to make sure he doesn't sabotage the shipyard.

Then how about there is a script added that if you enter a castle and not in said kingdom that it changes you to bmode automatically. So if ur found you will get killed.
