I like the idea aswell, It gets anoying when my ship gets stolen out of the harbour every week and when new comers to the kingdom pill up the ship yard with so many boats you can't even see the water beneath them. And most of all, when they leave the gate open which allows people to sail in and cause what ever damage they want. And once there in harbour, we can't get them out. (90% of the time they are in B.Mode).
So I think the ship yard rank right would make life a lot better.
