And NO, Bosh, you shouldnt need access into the shipyard, you should be able to go into the castles great hall and the first floor, but not the top level with the throne room in it. The first floor and bottom floor could contain shops then. But even this is questionable. Maybe to nuetral kingdoms and those whom are allied yes, most certainly.

But to your enemy, there would be no possible way they should get access to a critical part of the kingdom. War isnt always about killing the leaders or those inside the castle, but controlling their land around them so they are pointless in there, forcing them to surrender anyways.

Shipyard right now, still pointless until it auto-closes after about 2 minutes and required a rank right. Other-wise I might as well just delete it from the Kingdom folder..
