No, they don't. Most of the Zone population started in what, 2004? 2005? They have no developmental experience.

Why put the fate of the server in the hands of a bunch of 14 year olds?
In my opinion there should still be some kind of poll though. Like you press A on the TV's and it'll say "What would you like to see most?" In a new window with a group of options. You click one, confirm the selection, and it should then close. To see the current vote results you should just see it on the TV hehe.
