Apparently thats not working...speaking to him with other slots.

Also it takes you 3 times the distance to get the first level than to get the second level.

To get to Level 1
1 x (1 / 2) x 500 + 2000 = 2250 - 0 = 2250

To get to Level 2
2 x (2 / 2) x 500 + 2000 = 3000 - 2250 = 750

And if I'm correct I think level 5 would take you 2 1/2 hours to achieve...starting from level 0.
