I can't really say more. From my experience people have been upset for a while now, and it's simply ignored. Not only that but stupid decisions like suddenly adding the infraction system really took the piss out of some people.
The forums weren't so bad in 2005, but 2004 was the beginning of suckage and 2006 has just been worse. Whatever.
